I live in Chicago and purchased a run down mountain home outside of Pueblo, CO. I completely rehabbed the entire outside and inside of the home. I contracted Pioneer West Homes to do all the work. All the bathrooms and the kitchen were gutted and redesigned. An addition was designed and built to connect a large detached garage to the existing home. Pioneer West Homes did all the design work. They also were extremely helpful in selecting the interior finishes and colors. Three things in particular that really impressed me were their attention to detail, their constant communication and their concern for energy efficiency. I felt safe in their hands from the day I met Nate until the day he handed me the keys to my new home. This was very important to me, living so far from the job site. I would highly recommend Pioneer West Homes to build a home for my family, my friends or anyone else looking for a contractor who is honest, knowledgeable and professional.
