We choose this builder quickly after another contractor declined our project. At the time we had this house built we were living in another state and trusted them implicitly.
Estimates and project schedule were timely. Pictures were sent weekly so that we could review the process and time line. There were not a lot of builder add on costs for unforeseen issues. They kept us informed about weather related delays which are common in this area.
Nate kept us informed via email at all times on the progress of the project.
Change orders that we initiated were priced and completed in a timely manner. Warranty issues were handled in a timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend this contractor as we have done four times now!
